What is the availability of products?
All products are available in stock except for obsolete or end-of-life products and motorcycle school kits for which it takes around ten days to manufacture.
What are the delivery times ?
It takes 24/48 hours to receive your order, except in the event of a fortuitous event.
We work mainly with DPD or with La Poste for export.
Do you need specific tools to assemble your crash pads kits?
No, traditional tools are required, but no specific tools.
Do you need any special skills to assemble your crash pads kits?
No, but you must have basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics in order to fully understand the installation of our parts. If you are not sure, contact your retailer.
I fell and damaged my TopBlock crash pads kit, does the warranty come into play?
No, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects noted, malfunctions, within two years with presentation of the original invoice dated in the name of the applicant.
My TopBlock lock no longer opens but is still under warranty, does the warranty cover its replacement?
Yes if our teams notice a manufacturing problem within two years with presentation of the original invoice dated in the name of the applicant.
No if our teams note a lack of maintenance and clear negligence on the part of the applicant.
I lost the key to my TopBlock lock, is it possible to make one?
Your lock is delivered with two keys, it is advisable to keep one on your keyring and the second row in a safe place and above all to note the key number on your purchase invoice, it is essential for manufacturing.
We can manufacture a new key on request, upon presentation of the original invoice dated in the name of the applicant.
Is it necessary to drill the fairings to install my crash pads kit?
In 95% of cases it is not necessary to drill the fairings of your motorcycle, we do what is necessary to avoid this.
However, it sometimes happens that despite our best efforts it is essential to drill the fairings.
Don't panic, the operations are simple to carry out, if you are not sure, contact your retailer.

Is a certificate available for my TopBlock license plate holder?
First important point, ALWAYS, all Top Block Racing license plate holders meet European regulations with a fixed/defined orientation as well as a mandatory approved light and reflector support.
As a reminder, an adjustable license plate support is not in accordance with the regulations in force and you will be fined.
